I've was diagnosed with Lupus years ago and I'm on a disability.?

The last couple of mornings I've found blood in my stool. Not a lot but more then spoting I'd say. Just the first movement in the morning and then nothing. I have headaches and stuffed up. I'm wondering if its just a virus. Comments?
