Is this a good football workout program?

i agree this is light if this is all you can do fine but you need to work up to lower reps with heavy weight football is more about stregth not muscle endurance although it helps also since you are you get in a habit of being as explosive as possible with your workout not out of control but simple try and move the weight fast this will help in the long run i promise
