Buying designers clothes and bags in Taipei. Are they authentic?

What about those bags and clothes sold at night markets? What about at wu fen pu? They sell adidas, outdoor, etc, for 100 NT, and they look real, even the tags look real. They also got Porter bags, although I didn't ask the price.
