My heart seems to be beating fast and im shaking a little had it last night but still here this morn?

Try not to panic first off,then say to your self slow down think to your heart slow down.Does your chest, arm.or teeth hurt. Do you have someone with you If it gets worse or you get scared call 911.Hang in someone will help you in here.good luck
