When do you bother emailing someone from yahoo answers dogs?

I have turned off the ability for people to send me email. I know a lot of people don't agree with what I have to say (like Pedigree & Purina dog food is crap, designer dogs are mutts/mixes not 'new breeds', there is no such thing as 'teacup' anything, don't breed your dog if you have no clue what you're doing, etc.), and I don't want to have an inbox full of people trying to defend their uneducated ways.
