Can you play as the Jedi in star wars the force unleashed for PSP?

i want to play as the Jedi. I am curently doing the story mode and i am using Darth Vader's apprentice. I want to use the Jedi, not only the Sith. I am going to that place that starts with a K or somthing for the second time. Am i going to use the Jedi later on in the game or is it that i cant use the Jedi
