Nutro puppy food switch? Need info ?

Ok, I have a beagle/ jack Russell. We got her at 8 weeks and have had her on nutro natural choice puppy and she I'd now 6 months. She has done well on this and mo problems but I am very skeptical of this food due to the recalls and issues other pet owners have had and I'd like to switch to something else. We've tried wellness but it gave her diarhhea(and yes we weaned her on it over a few weeks and continued to try it for a month) so we are now back to nutro and I don't want to keep wasting my money on trying different foods that aren't good or won't work for her. Any suggestions on good safe nutritous food for puppies???? Please no rude or smart *** remarks, just good info.
