is not worth that no one would pay that for a house thats only worth $40.0000.If some one wants to buy the house when can they buy it, since the house is not worth that the law states an appraisal would be done an i could of sold for the appraisal price,now aim past that point, i could not sell thats why it went back to the bank why should i have to pay for something thats not worth an yes since i been with mommy i do have savings,just to let you know i paid all property tax and the bills plus i got hurt in 2000 working for the state of calif.now what can i do to keep the house.check i lost my mom,sister an my dad i took care of everything,if the RM people had not lied to my mom she would not have done the R.M, Since i was no where on the contract with the R.M. and the broker now says i considered the owner.well i came home because my mom slipped broke her hip needed 24 hour care i did not send her to a care home i did it by myself she was 87 when she past so don't think i was living off my mom i had to take care of her because of that i got the chance to have her around longer not like some of the rich folks just send their parents to care home an forget all about them been trying to get the out of the RM for five years but the economy took a turn did the best i could.Now why dint you tell me how to save my house or tell what to read so i can learn how to myself i am a good son i did all the repairs myself the house was kept up very well so get on my *** at a time like this please,help me if not i am very thankful for what you done honestly sir thanks thanks so much i make good bar b que an greens an hot water corn bread an black eye peas i would like to make you a plate thats all i have to offer an i am good auto mechanic maybe i can help when you have problems with your cars
