Ireland culture fair help!!?

I'm hosting a culture fair on monday and my team is ireland. I need to know where can I buy a green shirt with a tuxedo on it? Like an actual store I can go to. Also what food should I sell... I still don't know what to make... and any other ideas to incorporate? Thanks for reading this.
