How to use a black & decker sheet sander (palm sander)?

I was given a Black & Decker 1.6A 1/4 Sheet Sander (palm sander) and I would like to use it but I need a little help, please. How do you load the sand paper? I really thought that it would be obvious, but obviously I can't figure it out. Thanks for your help.
