How can I have my pics seachable on google and yahoo under images?

When I type my name into google and yahoo, simply three letter off my first nam my name pops up, it also say's try my name plus singer but when you click it nothing shows... I just want to know what's an easy and cheap way to get my pics added to the google and yahoo.com section?... Someone add photobucket has a link but I couldn't find it, also when you look up someone famous allot of images are from flickr, how it doesn't say how to do that... is they a software of just a cheap way to do this...
