Evidence not enough?

why is it they keep saying they havn't got enough evidence, how much do they want, body fluid in car 25 days after maddie went missing, smell of corpse on keys clothes of kate, and in apartment, all the inconsistances of the stories please somebody wake up, also cuddle cat she carries it all over because of maddies scent on it then she washes it scent gone maddie gone
