Depressed Boyfriend. No intimacy.?

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 5 years now and in the beginning the was fine. For the past year though, I'm lucky if we have once a month. He has openly told me he's depressed because he can't find a job and he feels worthless. I am totally understanding, but it really hurts me as I feel unloved and unwanted .. And I guess all this time that has ped without physical intimacy has made me very unhappy. It almost feels like I'm living with a friend and not my partner. Does anyone have any good advice for this situation?
