Can i take alli even though i'm under 28 BMI???

HI im 18yrs old and my bmi is 22.4 and i'm 5ft 5 i want to take alli cause i have stored fat that is really hard to lose so that's the only reason i want to take it just need to no the side-effects of being under 28 BMI? thanks
