My car is not prewired for Satellite radio. I would like to get XM installed in my car?

I would like the satellite radio(XM) installed within the radio without it being obvious(not on the car dashboard). What are my options? How much will it cost to install? Should I take it to the dealer or go to an electronics store like Best Buy? Thanks for your input.
