What could be the diagnosis?

yesterday i awoke to very tender and red little blotches on the palms of my hands, looked in the mirror and saw my face, neck and a little upper chest was red as well.. but not tender or itchy, i also have eczema and don't know if it has anything to do with this odd red appearance.. help?
