How do I make an email @ by something something? And not at by live or hotmail?

you mean you want a personalized domain instead of @gmail.yahoo,hotmail etc.. right?if that's it then you need to pay an additional fee for a company who hosts personalized / business domain. i.e: godaddy or yahoo small business.
