What is a communist-anarchist? Isn't that an oxymoron?

I was reading the Wikipedia article on Libertarianism, and they mentioned some 19th-century guy who was a "communist-anarchist" ... okay so what the heck does that mean? Aren't anarchy and communism practically opposites?
